Daydreams Lead to Goals
How many times, especially in your younger life, did someone tell you to pay attention — stop daydreaming? This short entry is giving you permission to daydream all you want. I recently read, or heard from some place, that gazing off into space, lost in visions, is not being lazy. These points were brought out: “daydreaming helps us process information important for long term planning; it helps us lower stress levels; and, we return to clarity and efficiency.” So that’s it folks! Continue to enjoy the time when nothing seems to be happening, because you are processing some of your most important decisions while giving your conscious mind a temporary rest.
